Don’t eat anything that comes wrapped in plastic. That could be chips, or even pasta.

Don’t drink out of anything plastic. That’s everything from plastic cups, to plastic lined containers, like beer cans, disposable coffee cups, and even milk cartons.

Filter your water. There’s both the environmental contamination, and the fact it’s coming to you through plastic pipes.

And don’t consume anything that acts like estrogen in your body.

That means no IPAs.

Don’t cook with anything plastic, no teflon, no plastic utensils, and don’t store your food in plastic containers.

-

Do buy fresh organic foods. The hippies were actually right.

And buy beer and milk in glass containers. The caps are lined with plastic, but it’s better than the alternative.

-

You also want to cook as many of your meals as possible. Restaurant food has high levels of endocrine disrupters. And that’s even true at expensive ones. Your steak probably came wrapped in plastic.

This just in from College Station:

The missing sperm in question has been located, hidden in and about certain unidentified uniformed males in the local area.

I think feminism is a symptom of the problem. Not the cause.

Its not shocking considering that there's fast food on every corner that's cheaper than the food that is actually good for you. Plus people aren't working out or getting outside like they used to.

I disagree. There's a bigger picture, no doubt but Modern feminism relies on the diminished status of males in a society.

4th wave feminism is where virtually all of the social insanity we see today originated.

The root is marxist, but the pushing of modern feminism has affected men in a pathetic way.

Hops are one of the most potent sources of phytoestrogens, plant estrogens.

It’s something we’ve always known about. In the 16th century the women who harvested it menstruated sooner. And it also had a powerful effect on the men too.

I think we’ve permitted this to happen, and it probably goes back to how men are chemically hobbled. If your testosterone levels are low, which is true of almost all men, your brain won’t work right - and you do develop feminine qualities.

In terms of normal exposure, only those situations in which there is large scale exposure to “raw” hops (e.g. hop workers) are likely to be of significance, with disturbances to menstrual cycles being most likely. There is no evidence, nor reason to suspect, that exposure to 8PN via the most common hop product, namely beer, is of any significance to the fertility of either sex.

Yes

Alcohol can lower testosterone levels, so I encourage you to develop a smoking habit to offset that

And with some of those chemicals being fat soluble, any lardass is going to have them accumulating in his body.

That said, fast food ain't cheap these days. You can get a cheaper meal with real food. It's just not as convenient.
