I got these a few years back. The worst experience ever. Took me months to figure out what the hell it was because initially I was just getting rashes/hives... once the bumps showed up on my goodies, I freaked the frick out and saw a dermatologist. They prescribed some cream that killed the SOBs very quickly.

GO SEE A DERMATOLOGIST ASAP

I had that one time and the doctor gave me a script Lindane Lotion. Went away real quick.

Just a small note. Lindane is a insecticide that has been banned for agricultural use not too long ago and in some states as a pharmaceutical but that shite will wipe out scabies after one application.

I have had this. It is absolutely miserable. I got it years ago when I spent the night at a friends apartment and ended up sleeping on the floor. Her carpet was disgusting and she had a dog. Dermatologist, cream, rinse, repeat. Should be good in a day or 2.

Sorry you got it. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

It doesn't go away in just two days. The permethrin will kill them off overnight, but you may itch for 2-3 months after. I had it once and it seemed like it would never go away, but it'll get better. Oatmeal baths help temporarily too.

Oh and sorry about the bumpy dick :prayerssent:

Bumping to update everyone because I know they care:

My whole family ended up getting it. Wife, 2 year old, and 2 month old. We did 2 rounds of permethrin. Everyone is better except for me. I'm still itching terribly. Please God help me get rid of this.

Those of you that have experienced this, tell me your stories of recovery? How long did it take? What methods did you use?

I had them. Went walking through tall grass in Alabama for some school project.

My only advice, wash all your shite. Everything you own. And get some creams.
