The 0 and double 0s give the statistical advantage to the house.

You right baw.

But I bet $20 a hand. Split 0 and 00, and place $1 on 18 random numbers

Bet $20 to win $16, but I have money on 20/38 numbers

Played for 2 hours tonight and won $200. If you get on a roll and win 3-4 spins in a row, I double it and bet $40 to win $32

For the casino.

100%

I always, always split 0&00 because it pisses me off when it hits and I lose. I saw one night that crooked arse wheel hit 0&00 like 6 of the last 15 spins

I damn near always win when betting smaller amounts, but when I throw down a $50 or more on red or black, that bitch starts acting strange. I don't trust it.

Roulette has the worst statistical odds of winning in Vegas, FYI. Craps has the best. Get gud, scrubs.

I like playing roulette, but not a crowded table. I have to be able to reach all the numbers I want to play. I don’t trust the machines either. Live play with chips or nothing.

I burned myself out on Blackjack so I’m back on craps. Hadn’t thrown dice in years

The best you can hope for is breaking even over the long run.

I played a modified Martingale system for two months and I was up as much as $4,000 but eventually you wind up back to zero if you play long enough.

If you are at Rick's Cafe Americain in Casablanca, play 22 if Monsieur Rick makes the suggestion.

Keep doing that indefinitely and report back to us with the results.

Hint: the law of large numbers has already told us what the result will be.

They played you, you didn't play them. They let you go home with this $200 knowing you'll be back and you're obviously drooling to get back in there just as they suspect. They may let you win again, once or twice but they're playing the long game. First hit is always free. They know the hook brings you back. You'll be writing hot checks before the end of the year.
