Sure but considering how easy it would be to catch him, what does this say about our LEOs and city officials who stand idly by while he litters up every damn road in the city and surrounding areas?

Cops just can't win.. you bitch because they won't enforce this but if they did, you would probably be the first here to bitch about wasting tax payers money on this and them worrying about the signs and not stopping real criminals.

I remember a few years back some guy also got tired of seeing trashy intersections and started picking up all of these signs and throwing them in the back of his truck....I guess to take to the dump. The guys who put these signs out got pissed because..."them signs costs me money"!

Calm down dude. Why do you care so much?

Why do you care so much to reply to my OP? You mad bro? Why don't you go frick yourself and die in a fire? I'm sick of this a-hole littering our streets for years and years and LEOs that won't do shite about it. Finding and ticketing this a-hole would require very little effort but they just pass by them day after day, year after year and don't do shite about it.

So you admit you're stealing property that isn't yours?

And you're worried about a guy offering to teach music lessons?

I don't usually post about my real life activities, but actually earlier this year I tried to present the city council with a proposal to fund a multi-agency study on the effects these sorts of illegal postings are having on the socioeconomic structure in EBR and on the net losses they cause our area businesses. The goal would've been to hold a ballot vote in the upcoming election for a parish-wide millage increase used to fund a public-private partnership that would hire a workforce on contract bids to locate and remove the signs and correct any soil disruption the signs may have caused.

Key words there: I tried to. But the council wouldn't even hear my suggestion because before I even made the suggestion I realized they're just signs and got the frick over it.

Maybe it's different than your exact proposal, but I know the city pays a few guys to drive around and throw away signs between the road and the utility poles. My friend did this around election time when we were in high school so I can't remember all the details.

No, it doesn't need to be this complicated. I'll explain it again...

- Call number
- Set appointment
- Issue fine and increase fine for each additional infraction
- Issue a warrant for their arrest if they continue to post the signs

This doesn't take an act of congress, it just takes LEOs getting off their arse and doing it. The city is looking for creative ways to bring in revenue and this is a very easy one.

If he was good enough, he wouldn't need signs along the highway.

I'm not in BR, but I've been known to remove a sign or two from areas close to my neighborhood. It looks like crap, I'm just picking up trash.

This fool is still at it putting his trashy signs all over Baton Rouge.

Nothing about his advertising is legit. The address associated with his ads go right to the UPS store at Coursey and Sherwood.

Bandit signs --> not legit

Advertising his business at the UPS Store -> not legit

Not registered in the Secretary of State as a legit business, either.

Paul Daron is a scam artist with his copy/paste Craigslist ads.

We have ordinances that prohibit the signs but Baton Rouge refuses to enforce the penalties.
