Nope, and not for the obvious physically distorted reasons, but they do play a large part in my not liking it.
It's more to do with the mental aspect of a person who does this to themselves to achieve whatever state of perfection they have in their mind, no matter how delusional.
Most people like this put all their self worth in their physical appearance, and that is only going to last for so long, then what do they have besides pictures.
