it would definitely serve in the military's best interest to put their flights online so people know what theyre doing.

Damn, let me explain something about radar. The radar doesn't say "ok, we'll pick up only civilian planes." It picks up ALL planes, and since the military CARGO plane is not showing up on radar, it is doing something sketchy. Why hide?
Experimenting with some cloaking device? EMF interference to the radar site? Lots of possibilities, all reasonable theories.
