plaintiff attorney advertising on radio screens

I know there was a post about this earlier but I couldn't find it.
So now I get to see plaintiff attorney billboards broadcasted into my truck on my audio system screen? I'm out. Other than LSU games when I'm driving back from fishing or hunting, no traditional radio until this stops. Satellite and streaming only for me now.
Absolute f'ing shame. The billboard/TV attorneys ruin everything they touch, from advertising to what was once a profession. They don't care, and apparently nobody else does either.
We need a goddamn population cleansing plague.

This one will be deleted quickly also. Those guys threaten lawsuits as soon as we start talking about them.

My thread is at bottom of page 1, not deleted

It doesn’t come up on 98.1 & 100.7 which are owned by Guaranty media

What do you have against the free market?

A plantiff attorney will go places a man with a stiff prick wouldn't go, that a man with a loaded gun wouldn't go.

May as well be. No one is scrolling to the bottom of page one anymore and they know this.

Talk shite about attorneys all you want, but a frivolous lawsuit always has a crooked doctor behind it

All that should have been posted.

If we are going to ban plaintiff attorneys from advertising in a free market, can we also ban Progressive, GEICO. State Farm, Allstate, etc etc from advertising too?

Clear Channel in a past life, that company basically destroyed terrestrial radio.

How is a radio display ad for a lawyer anything but disclaimer text?
Found this ethics guide for legal ads, but the wall of words gave me a headache.

Is this what you are getting in LA? It's not that bad. We also get ED ads through the radio text too here in CenFla. I think the ED ones are more annoying, but both make me want to go back to my old Alpine pull out.

This is what I’m getting, no ED nes yet

Until Louisiana has tort reform this will continue and get worse. You will not see this in Texas.

That text is called RDS. I've had cars where you could disable it.
It used to be cool when stations put the artist / title or something in RDS. Too bad everyone's so goddamned materialistic now.
