I drive past an Albertsons every time I go to the grocery store. It has no redeeming qualities. Every store is better in every direction (Perkins at Essen).

Cellphone stores irk me, whether the high-end boutique-ish Apple / Microsoft ones or the sketchy Buford / Airline Highway MetroPCS-type ones.
I don't understand why they exist and my hunch is therefore that they're ripoff engines. Never in my life have I found reason to walk in one. You can get really nice phones at Best Buy or even Wal-Mart and then just prepay for the service. What is the value proposition beyond that?
