Well I mean legal like CO or CA where you can just walk in a dispensary and buy. DC for example is super weird with it.
11 states not counting DC. Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington.

Yeah, but he means legal like in states that start with "C".

Like Canada.

I was very clear when I said what I meant.

DC is legal, but you can't buy it. You can "share" it with another person over 21.

I'm asking how many of those 11 are like Colorado or California where anyone over 21 can walk into a dispensary and buy whatever they want.

I don't know how many of the 11 have shops up and running but recreational mj (over 21) is legal in all 11.

eta- looked it up. All but 1 of the 11 either have recreational stores or are in the process of opening them.

Road trip!

I mean, um, we should review these establishments to ensure proper procedures are being followed with respect to potency, seed content, and customer service.

Mainly, no stems.

You'll have to search for this. Trimmers are the baws of the pot world, but they do give you a pretty finished product.

No need here. My state was the first. I'm starting to forget what it was like when it was illegal until I visit somewhere and there aren't any shops.

Trimming bud is a time consuming back aching job. Back when I was growing as a 1 man operation, I was growing with an MH/HPS setup. Organic soil grow, always in smart pots.

I had to trim wet to to be able to deal with the amount. I'd make bubble hash from that trim through.

They earn their money, I enjoy growing and smoking. frick the rest.

So can we do this instead of urine test? No reason why my weed from 3 days ago should effect my job.

The company that I used to work with, negotiated with the Union that I thought worked well.

I preface this by saying this company was not...an insurance agency, a real estate agency, car sales, retail, homecare, lawyers, accountants, nurses, or traveling salespersons.

It was manufacturing which involved working with machinery.

We negotiated that any accident that involved an employee, that went beyond "on site" medical care.

They would be drug tested. If drug tests were positive, rehab was provided, at no cost to them, with the stipulation that they could be drug tested randomly for 18 months.

If your profession doesn't involve bodily harm...cool.

Smoke up.

None of these things are physically addictive and neither is pot

whether the addiction is physical or mental doesn’t matter.
addiction is addiction.

if somebody just can’t quit, they’re addicted.

Gambling is another example of something people get addicted to that isn’t physical, but is still addictive.

and i’ve been physically addicted to cigarettes (quit in January). quitting was one of the hardest things i’ve done.

i drink alcohol, but have never been physically addicted to it. I’ve been months without drinking. Not even intentionally quitting, just kinda didn’t drink for a while. didn’t want one.

I rolled up to a grow site in Colorado and the trimmers were in a car smoking a blunt then came in, sat down, and got to trimming.

Well, there is no on site consumption of cannabis here in Portland as a law. Etc etc

No one really follows it to a T. lol as we speak I'm hitting gorilla glue and bruce banner shatter at home. Very high

In the position I am in, I sorta have to know Oregon laws and so many places are camera filled (and sometimes hidden, to catch workers)..that i..actually follow the law..which is weird. But, I can wait till get home now. Suppose patience has been learned in my years.

I dont even see it as a drug anymore. Is it safe and smart for everyone to be driving and smoking? No. Or operating machinery that could have dire consequences? No. But it cant kill you, and when used..makes music better.

But in any of those situations..being on a cell phone, fapping, or anything that is not giving your full attention can be equally as bad.

I like to smoke and spend time out in the cascades or on a like like crater lake personally.
