Meh, I transported a man that killed his wife and then turned gun on himself and was still alive, looked like that. We nor the doctors and nursing staff let the backstory affect anything and there was no laughing or well shite moments. Everyone took it as seriously as anything else and he survived. He's in jail of course. I've never seen anything like that where nurses stood around watching someone like that and not doing shite.

Yea i have a Blue Heeler when he wants to go outside
