Yeah. I wasn’t sure what rifle he has on his shoulder. It kinda looks like an SVD but the butt stock is wrong for it to be that.

First thing I thought is, based on the kids’ haircuts, I’d bet this picture was taken somewhere like East Germany, Poland, Yugoslavia, or Czechoslovakia sometime in the 1970s or, more likely, the 1980s.
