Um, that's the Verm on Lord of the Rings at Arapiles Australia in the 80s. He's drinking a Coopers Best Extra Stout and pretending to free solo in flip flops. John was in his element down there and represented like a legendary badass.
He sports fan that became an LSU fan while visiting in BR in the 90s when he was seeing an NFL ortho in NOLA for an injured elbow. He's otherwise a CO Golden Buffs alum fan. A genuine character and good friend.
