As a kid of the 70s, I thought I remembered every Saturday morning cartoon of the era. But this one is a new one on me. Had to look it up. Looks like it ran for one season in 1971-72. Explains why I don’t recall it. I was still in diapers. Looks weird as shite.

Agreed. Also, with some elements of Alice in Wonderland thrown in.
I was 11 then, but I don't remember that show.

After surviving a plane crash and being mistakenly declared dead, Betty Robinson spent 7 weeks in a coma and 2 years relearning to walk. Defying all odds, she went on to win Olympic gold in 1936, five years after the accident.

That's Lidsville (Sid and Marty Krofft program). I used to watch that all the time when I was a kid. Look up some of the old shows on YouTube. Brings back some great memories of being three and four years old. I remember it well.

Sid & Marty Croft had to be on acid around the clock. All of their shows were exceptionally odd. Lidsville, HR PufNStuff, Hell even Land of the Lost with Dinosaurs had super weird pylons and Sleezestacks.
