If you zero in real closely to the grill, you’ll see it’s the same grill and right turning lamp as the 1971 Corolla.
You can also see the same V-shaped insignia badge with the old Toyota logo in it.

In the late 60s and early 70s trailer parks full of snowbirds were plentiful. Even at the foot of the the Stickney Point bridge on the mainland side.
