No one knows where this photo was taken, or why
and you didn't even mention the most famous person in this picture

not sure who Joe Holder is, but someone needs to let him know he looks just like Joe Louis.

Liver and gizzards were great, I do not remember the clams (from Lafayette so don't know if they were just in NOLA?), BBQ beans, cole slaw, corn on the cob, and the peppers are all sorely missed. I don't remember the corn dog or chicken taco either and I was a teenager at this time. Those pies were great with the cinnamon sugar, kicked McD's arse with those.
Thanks for posting, great memories !

Why is the wife smiling?
If this a-hole was juggling my dishes I'd be pissed.

Popeye's tacos were fantastic.
You can still get livers and gizzards at a place by my house called Mrs. Winner's.

WWL TV commercials (1979)
Mostly national ads (including MR MICROPHONE) but also has a Louis Lambert for Guv spot as well as one from somebody named Torres for Sheriff of Saint Buhnahd. Also Cavaretta's Furniture and that David Orick guy (How was he a celebrity? Did he ever actually do anything?
and John F. Lawhon -- all prices FOB his dock
whatever that means
