A boy & his dog. Detroit, 1926

He looks poor. Hope his dad was able to get a job working the line.

Lucas Zener Diodes on old Triumph motorcycles were sketchy as hell.

One minute you're running down the road enjoying the wind and then the next you could be sitting on the side of the road broken down.......

Replaced the Lucas zener diode with one from Radio Shack and never had the problem again. It was a quarter of the price of the Lucas one too!

Of course Lucas. Company motto - Be Home before Dark. Had the dark prince make an appearance in mid 80's while i was in grad school. Driving down I-59 between T-Town and Bham where mercedes is now, but at midnight. It was dark as everything. Driving my 1960 MGA back then and the lights went out and the wipers turned on for about ten seconds. Then headlights returned. I was looking for the UFO that wanted me but it never happened again.

The look on the dog’s face indicates he’s concerned he may be the next one.

My grandfather always had a bottle of Pinch on his bar.

Always thought it was some fancy shite with the bottle design and the wiring around it...

I’m sure this has been posted, however, it still makes me smile...

Besides, this string needed a bump.
