Went to YMCA off Perkins a few weeks ago when I was in BR. These 2 decent looking girls were there working out with each other. As one would hit a rep, the other would film them on their phone. One was getting angry at the other because she didn’t like the angle she was being filmed at. Anyways, these girls thought they were fricking Instagram stars. They were hogging most of the area in front of the free weights bc they were filming. At one point at walked up simply to ask if they were using one of the unoccupied benches and neither one even acknowledged my presence.

Get that shite out of here. We’re family friendly at the Y motherfrickers.

When you walk in the gym, I mean don't just walk in. You move across the room. And you don't talk to her. You use your face. You use your body. You use everything. That's the attitude. The attitude dictates that you don't care whether she comes, stays, lays, or prays. I mean whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Now when you got that, then you have the attitude.

You have to get her attention first.

Loud grunting when lifting. Throw weights around like a MAN. Get your spot partner to say something like, "You're up 20 pounds this month again?!"

She needs to know you before she meets you.

Here’s a cautionary tale:

This girl used to work out at the same gym as me, but she stopped going a little while ago. I wasn’t going to ask her out during my workout, but we often times made lingering eye contact and smiled at each other. Just some very benign signs we may be interested in one another. Didn’t act on it because I know the stigma goes about hitting on girls at the gym.

Fast forward about two months since I last saw her at the gym, as I’m swiping through on bumble, there she is. I swipe right, and we end up being a match. We chat a little before I bring up gym etiquette, and she says she wouldn’t have minded if I had talked to her, or even some flirting. I thought damn missed that opportunity, but was curious why she stopped going to that gym.

Basically, she was creeped out by all the older guys in there that would go out of their way to hit on her (she’s not an OT10, but she’s still cute and fit) so she decided to switch gyms. The funny part is that since then I still don’t hit on girls at that gym, but have noticed exactly what she was dealing with just by observing all these old frickers walking around on the prowl for some young pussy, and will just linger in the area of their prey till they get some attention or make it so awkward the girl leaves.

She probably has a boyfriend naked Thor with a 12 incher.
