Pick your dream team to handle the pandemic

Ground rules
- Don't use any current leaders (to keep both sides from feeling they have to stick up for their guys/girls)
- Any of your picks can be historical or they can be fictional characters.
- I'd say choose President, top medical/scientific aide, top managerial/organizational/logistical aid, top military aide, loyal opposition leader, Governor of your state, and maybe mayor of your city/town. You can pick other roles if you like.
My first shot;
President - Ike. He seemed to do a good job of organizing/leading D-Day and the European theatre in general.
Top military aide: Stormin' Norman Schwarzkopf. he inspired confidence.
Organizing/managing aide: James Baker. He has been described as the gold standard.
Loyal opposition: JFK/RFK team up. i think they'd contribute to the effort.
Governor: I dunno. Huey I guess. He would get things done one way or another.
Mayor: Fiorello La Guardia - I don't know much about many mayors, be he seems to be well respected historically.

Teddy Roosevelt. No way he would be scared of the damn China virus. Business as usual and we are already getting over it.
