I just sis a practice run. I used two ND1000 filters, handheld (just because I didn't want to break out the tripod), 1/50 6.3 ISO 640 200mm
Its a little soft because I handheld it at 200mm & 1/50 of a sec.
Does the orange look too fake, I added it post. The original is just B/W. Would the color of the sun come in if I shortened the exposure?

Honestly, that picture looks terrible. I do enough photography to understand your post.

I only do nude photography. Tasteful, of course.

Try playing with your white balance.
Post is a very useful tool, but try to achieve your composition without it whenever you can. Filters are your best friend v

Photography deals with a lot of math

My extent of expertise in the photo world is that my dick looks bigger after a warm shower.
How's that math?

Why would you go for such a long exposure when you are photographing something that is TOO bright?
Posted on 8/18/17 at 3:15 pm to Kingpenm3
The filters allow for longer exposure

I would at least get it to a reasonable shutter speed where you won't be fighting lens shake.

I will tripod mount it when I do the real shot, so there will be no shake.
It needs to be a long exposure due to two ND1000 filters on the lens.
