Yet, JBE is stealing money from the disadvantaged and making the budget shortfall worse by pouring money into the nation's worst ranked nursing homes instead of using cheaper services that would keep people in their homes rather than those death traps (and he is doing so because the nursing home groups are giving him gigantic donations). If I was a resident and property owner in NO and I suffered a fire loss or a property crime, I would sue Landrieu for putting the public in danger (and me particularly) by a wasteful allocation of police and fire.
