I heard on tv last night, one of the Pfizer test subjects balked when the company wanted him to take a fourth dose. I wonder why Pfizer would what so many doses?!

The CDC and FDA put out a joint statement last night saying that, as of now, no one who has gotten two shots needs a booster.
So why is Pfizer doing a trial of a 3rd shot? Because we don't know how long immunity will really last, especially in the elderly.
And because we don't know how the next variant will behave, and maybe a booster will help with it. This, by the way, is one of the most important reasons that people get vaccinated: a variant could evolve that is much more deadly and that can also elude vaccination. The sooner we suppress the virus, the less of it is out there, and then the lower the chance of that happening.
So Pfizer is testing the safety of a 3rd shot, because it makes sense to have it ready if it's needed.

Area you really suggesting that the Coronavirus can be suppressed?

Yeah, that's what vaccination does -- it suppresses the virus. Israel is ahead of us in vaccination and has only had a few cases lately, and they have had only one death in the last 14 days.
It's called herd immunity -- you should look it up.

Get back with me when global trade ceases to exist. Israel is a small country, bordering the Mediterranean, with extensive walls in and around a good portion of its people...limiting movement. It’s called Geography...look it up!
On another note, why would someone that had the Coronavirus need a vaccine. I have yet to see a study showing that these new variants are affecting people with naturally strengthened immune systems - NOT ONE.
Vaccinated people getting a variant - yes (albeit with minimal symptoms and a shorter duration). People that have previously had COVID 19...nope.
It is almost as though that aspect is being suppressed. Hell, on THIS SITE, my thread was anchored simply for asking if people that have had Covid should be counted amongst those that are vaccinated. If so, then we have already reached “herd immunity,” at least, until that term is redefined (then we can both go look up the “new” definition!).

Here's former FDA director Scott Gottlieb saying this morning confirming that this is only likely to be recommended to the elderly as their vaccination starts to wane:
Those over 80 years old are probably going to eventually end up getting annual booster shots.

Israel data shows vaccines protective against symptomatic and severe disease; where there's some efficacy decline over time is against mild or asymptomatic infection in older people vaccinated six or more months ago. It's for these cohorts where boosters may be initially targeted

I gained 2" in length and girth, so I am definitely getting the booster.

Not a single one of those guys was sick.
Another media lie. No player names was linked to vaccine status by the school, Just TWO unvaccinated vs FOUR vaccinated
