What about people that were vaccinated and then had symptomatic covid (delta) 6 months post vax?

Why is it necessary for people like that to get boostered?

ETA: this is a question to crazy4lsu or any dr on this board

According to the doctor I saw today, it isn't. And he is all about masking actually doing anything, so I wasn't expecting that opinion from him

Everyone in my family, except for me somehow, has tested positive in the last few days. His words were "that is a great natural booster for your immunity to go with your vaccination. I see no reason for you to get the booster."

So in a free country you want people to move out for doing something they decide to do?

People from both sides are the same way, they are all about something until it interferes with them or goes against something else they have a certain view about.

A year ago we were told that Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were approximately 95% effective in preventing WuFlu. What is this? Is the Pfizer CEO unaware of what the company reported 14 months ago?

Delta was your booster

Probably vastly superior to any booster

Don't know off the top of my head. But there have been cases where there was a positive PCR and there wasn't an IgG or IgM antibody, which is weird, as well as the inverse. In terms of symptoms, we treat everyone with this viral syndrome protocol one of my attendings likes regardless of a positive or negative test.

Not weird. The virus can be defeated locally in the nasal passages with innate immunity and IgA antibodies. There were studies in one of the Scandinavian countries that did antibody testing for IgG and IgM and then also IgA specific for COVID in the nasopharynx. They showed many more people had IgA in the nose but no IgG or IgM.

I disagree. When the medical profession allied themselves with these politicians and became their mouthpiece they became one and the same. It is evident in this very thread.

Where are these doctors allied with politicians? Just because a year ago an MD recommended vaccination and masking doesn't mean they allied with a political party! Doctors, for the most part, did the best they could with limited information. Not everything is a conspiracy.

How do you know how many doctors agree with the COVID narrative?

Do you think the media is going to give them a voice? Every doctor with a dissenting opinion is silenced. Creating the appearance that we all agree.

Almost every doctor I know disagrees with the current narrative

Who is silencing them?

Why don't they speak up?

Do they lack courage?

What narrative do they disagree with?

Mandates?
Safe and effective?
Mass vaccination?
Masks?
Jabbing children?

Isn’t the AMA the preeminent association for doctors? Their website says they are 240,000 members, and membership is limited to physicians. Here is a link today from them.

Get Your Booster, and Get it More Frequently

They say everyone 12 and older should get the booster, and to get boosters more frequently.

Looks to me that the medical profession has allied themselves with the “boosters for life” political movement. But, that is just based upon their own words from today.

Here is another little nugget from that link from the AMA today.

quote:

The orange top version is still the one for kids aged five through 11. Remember, they get the 10 microgram kiddie dose rather than the 30 microgram adult dose and they're still working on a vaccine version for toddlers. We should expect some new data about a baby dose, three shot series, in late March, early April.

frick the medical profession.
