This is where she loses me. Adderall doesn't work like that.

She's just trying to get any grace at a chance of parole. Even if it is 20 yrs down the line.

No. No it does not. Nits amphetamines. It may calm someone thoughts to focus, but it does not put anyone into a blacked out stupor. It just doesn’t do that to a person.

True the Adderall itself will not.

But Adderall and alcohol can.

Adderall for someone prescribed it doesn't wire them up. It calms them and the alcohol can cause them to pass out.

I'm not saying this happened...but it is possible.

What I meant is the Adderall wouldn't necessarily keep you from passing out.

I'm gonna disagree with that big time. Plus, what you're describing is being blackout drunk. The pill does not affect people that way. ADHD or not. It just simply doesn't.

Like I said, you're describing being blackout drunk. Not somebody who was "drugged" with adderall.

If Cynthia is getting 41 years and a chance at release in her elder years based on her level of criminal culpability in this network, justice would suggest that Curtin would receive equal or less than Cynthia. Curtin’s criminal involvement drastically falls short to what Cynthia was involved in.

I think the play for Curtin should be to accept responsibility, show genuine remorse, and identify her motives. From every thing I have heard, she was a coke whore and loved to participate in the Perkins’s drug fueled sex parties.

The State should expose Dennis Perkins access to the drugs that fueled these sexually deviant acts and identify areas where those in law enforcement could exploit seizures for their own gain.

We’ve all heard the stories that Dennis was a sexual deviant and hound from colleagues for years.

The real question is what motivated the school teacher and the real estate agent?

Answer that question and you can work to prevent this from happening again.

Myself and 1000’s of others have proved this to be false statement through much extensive testing at football tailgates, Mardi Gras, and countless other all day drinking events in our South Louisiana Labratory.

Not saying that's inaccurate but a bit of a leap from the quoted text.

I was foreman on a jury that voted guilty which was life in prison. I felt terrible when I got home. It's a bit of a heavy task.

Was on a jury with a fella who was a near exact persona fit to your juror point. Dude got 43 years not just because fella was bored and wanted to be anywhere else but in jury room, but if unanimous req’d, would have mattered greatly.

I'm just trying to make sense of her claims.

Some people that are prescribed Adderall...do experience drowsiness. So I'm guessing she is claiming that.

Amd I'm assuming she is claiming she was slipped the Adderall with alcohol.

She wasn’t slipped anything. She likely took a couple of 30 mg IR’s and a long pull of vodka. It does have a tendency to make you turn into a horny goat though. I’ll agree with that part.

Stop wasting your time, she's just trying to get any chance of parole. There's no mass strategy because of her horrible decisions, it's her only chance to get a chance at getting out of prison at some point in her life.

I just read three different articles on this and not once did they mention Adderall. They did mention Ambien in each one...

Another case of OT misinformation

Well, that's one way to look at it. Another way is one idiot can keep someone from being held accountable for having committed a heinous crime.

One idiot may be able to cause a mistrial, but that’s it. Your heinous criminal could be tried over and over again until a jury returns a valid verdict.
