It's hard to improve race relations with people trying to take advantage of division for personal or political gain. Their tactics basically pour salt on an open wound.

I don't think Baton Rouge or Louisiana can handle another terrorist attack like the one that occurred last year on Airline. I resent outsiders trying to turn a racial divide into a gulf.

From the information out there, appears to be Friday or early next week.
Police still obviously don't have an exact date, they're just making preparations for when it does happen.
