John Austin is 95. Most famous for playing Gomez Addams in the black and white Addams Family television show and Harry's father Buddy in Night Court.

His son is an actor famous for playing Rudy and Samwise in the Lord of the Rings

Today I discovered that all three kids from Father Knows Best are still alive. I would not have guessed that. Elinor Donahue 88, Billy Gray 87 and Lauren Chaplin 80.

I didn't know Goonies kid/Rudy was his son.
He's not really. His biological father was Michael Tell, a writer and music promoter. Patty Duke was having relations with Tell, John Astin, and Dezi Arnez Jr. and didn't know who the actual father was.

Duke and Austin got married when Sean was about 18 months old and Astin adopted him.

I don't think the actual biological paternity was settled until a DNA test was done sometime in the 90s.
