How is it that almost every other person getting pulled over on Live PD doesn't have a license?

if you get your license suspended (which is common when you're poor for 100 reasons), it's a lot more than that to get it reinstated
also you get in a cycle of suspension and then driving with a suspended license, that suspends it more, etc

Live PD dont film in states are arent run down shitholes. There is a reason why a lot of the best shite on there is from crappy hellhole southern states or Nye County NV.
