The way I read the OP’s post was similar to how the courts determine if someone is mentally competent and fit to stand trial. Is it legal to serve someone who is incompetent or mentally ill (not DS, because, as pointed out, they are neither). Would there be culpability if you served a known schizophrenic, off their meds and they murdered someone after they left the establishment?

On Saturdays I meet up with some friends for some drinks. There is a guy with mental disabilities that comes in by himself. On top of that he has turrets. Not sure if he drinks. He does scream out with F bombs. I try and time my sips because I will spit out drink if I don't. This is the second guy that I have seen in there with mental disabilities.
