Didn’t dv you, but those aren’t studies. Those are just links saying “diet soda bad” — ofc all types of soda aren’t healthy, but they don’t show diet soda is worse than regular soda which is what we’re discussing.
If you look up studies on aspartame for example, you’ll find hundreds saying it is safe in normal to moderate doses, others showing it is a link to cancer — that link is at high doses. This substance has been tested for decades and is one of the most rigorously tested food ingredients. I’m not saying it is good for you, but I don’t see how it is worse than sugar.
I can’t speak on Splenda, I have never looked into the science there.

Water or water with a slice of lemon or lime is my go to. I MAY drink diet drinks a year. Every morning I fill my Yeti with alkaline water and a couple drops of lime juice. I find if I do this I drink more water during the day.

If diet coke caused cancer it would have a huge fricking label on it from the people's republic of California. Hell, you wouldn't even be able to purchase it in CA. GTFO with this bullshite.
