I know what you’re speaking of, but I don’t run across this enough to annoy me.

Smoking in general is pretty annoying, but whatever; making a spectacle of smoking makes you a douchebag

What other minor things annoy you?

And before anyone says it, smacking your food is not minor and should be punishable by law

People with lives so meaningless that they're consumed with focusing on the day to day of anyone but themselves pretty much annoy the shite out of me. So you I would guess is what annoys the frick out of me.

Where are you hanging around that you see this a lot anymore? I mean, so few people smoke these days that I can hardly recall the last time I've seen someone do that, such that if I do, it would almost feel nostalgic.

I'm not the person you quoted, but let me respond, because, well, I'm obnoxious.

I do feel the same way, until I go to the casino. Then, it's like Custer's last stand and I'm fighting the Indians sending up smoke signals. Where do all these clowns come from? The last of the Mohicans, for sure. Why is that? Cause if you smoke, you gonna die!

Any way, this is what I want to say. This reminded me of the last time I went to the casino (off track enough?). There was a very old couple next door having sex. They sounded like two Grizzly Bears fighting over a salmon.

Thank goodness for those white noise machines you can buy for like 20 bucks. I love mine. Makes places like these much better. Sleep like a baby every time. If I'm lucky, I wake up with my wife's teat in my mouth. Usually, though, she makes me put 40 bucks on the nightstand, just in case I have a wet dream.

Well I’m a good bit older but I work with folks from 18 to mid 50s. As I said, and people here apparently disagree, I can’t remember the last time I saw someone pack their cigs, and I work with these guys for 24 hour shifts. I even asked yesterday as I was on shift and the 2 smokers I was stationed with said they don’t do it

I quit smoking 19 years ago when my oldest was born. You have to pack them to get a good draw, so it is something that has to be done. Now, on an order of magnitude, you only have to pack it once before you open it, if you do it well. So, that's one packing for twenty smokes. Add to that that the amount of smokers today is a fraction of what it was twenty years ago, and I have to conclude that this is a petty complaint which demonstrates lack of understanding for the need, and does not encounter it often.
