I guess that answers the age old question of heavy pretty girl or in shape plain girl. Although back then heavy didn't mean what it means now.

My wife lost about 30 lbs just by reducing carbs and exercising a couple of times a week. She went from 165 to 135. She has seen a nutritionist regularly for about a year. She consumes very little sugar. On Sunday she makes her own breakfast sandwiches for the week. She eats one each morning with some cereal. She eats a fair amount of vegetables and raw nuts. She gets plenty of protein thru chicken and meat. She uses sugar substitutes like monk fruit and stevia. Last summer we had to pretty much get her a whole new wardrobe. She went from a size 14 pants to size 8. Thank God she likes Old Navy clothes and that they have a lot of sales !!

I guess it depends on the defintion of fat ? hell i'm close to 6 ft and 185 pounds and i'm considered overweight by myhealth screening I get what your saying though alot of people are obese thats for sure.

Because they are thinking, "I don't want to eat less. I'm still hungry."

Once you start eating real food and not this ultra-processed junk, your body will start to not crave as much food. The diet is so poor that our bodies are literally starving yet people are fat as hell. Their bodies are begging them for food by being hungry and when they eat boxed shite, they aren't feeding the body any quality nutrients so the body stays hungry and they get fatter.

I very rarely see overweight women.

I work with about 50 women and I think 1 would be considered slightly over weight. None actually fat.

I ride public transit and see hundreds and hundreds of women never notice nasty fatties.
