I was with a client at a major trade show in Vegas. The show had been going for about 30 minutes and they were giving away some limited edition challenge coins. The vendor is a nationally known brand. They were being careful to and warned me to "only give a coin to a valued customer or contact." I laughed and said I bet you they are already on Ebay. He was incredulous and I pulled up the App and there they were.
Two listings from two sellers and you could see where they took the cell phone photo of the item right on the trade show floor. He was livid.

My broke-arse relatives always make sure to get the more expensive "collectors edition" version of the latest Captain Batman or whatever DVD.
