When I was in HS it was the same way. There were a handful of pentecostals. There were several girls who had long hair, wore dresses that went all the way down to their feet. I don't remember if the boys wore anything that made them noticeable pentecostals, but there is a pentecostal church about.. I guess 15-20 miles from my house that seems to maintain. Anytime I pass by on a Sunday morning or something, the parking lot seems to be pretty much full.

I never had a class with any, didn't realize they couldn't watch TV.

I always wondered why and if thats still as prominent down there?

It's mostly a north Louisiana thing. I remember a girls cross country team in high school that ran in dresses that went down to mid-calf...the gall of those harlots to show their ankles.

Nope that's pretty much my experience too. Judge everyone else while doing plenty of shitty stuff themselves.

Two boys down the street from me in l.c.

They wore white shirts and black pants. Black shoes. always. I taught them basketball.

That's a lot of words used to add nothing to the conversation.

I used to work with a woman who was pentecostal.

OT 4 as is. Would have been an OT 6 with a makeover.

She was sweet as can be, but completely brainwashed.

Growing up in North Louisiana, I went to school with a lot of Pentecostals. Some of the girls would have their friends bring them clothes to school. They would get off the school bus and go straight to the bathroom and change out of their denim skirts into pants or whatever and then change back before getting back on the bus to go home. A few of them were buck wild and gave "speaking in tongues" a new meaning.
