The Peej effect works on a delay as well cause I think my parents are suffering from this.
He posted in a thread awhile ago(can't remember exactly)....it was when there were a couple tornados and really bad weather in BR. I was worried about them (cause trailer and tornadoes are a bad mix). He posted "your parents and their home will be just fine".

For some reason I remember reading that.. You must have posted something about not trusting his predictions, I remember replying something like "WTF nurse?" and you were like "no offense PJ but with your prediction history I had to check". I am paraphrasing, but yeah..lol
