Exactly, him picking LSU to win doesn't make LSU lose, it just means they will lose. So you just hope he either picks the opponent or nothing at all. But he has to believe the opponent will win, not just try the reverse jynx.

It only works if he's being honest with his predictions, though. He went on a run of predictions in 2015 - predicting Bama wins, in an attempt to jinx Bama. Didn't work. I think he went 6-0 predicting Bama wins.

But not seeing it just made the exhilaration and sweet nectar of victory on election night that much more satisfying and sweeter.
I'll never forget election night 2016. Being on the winning side of the biggest and most stunning and shocking upset in American History was better than good sex any day of the week.
