None. I can't drink carbonated drinks because it burns my mouth and throat. The damn chemo keeps my throats and mouth all jacked up.

Has anyone opened the link yet because I'm curious to know the 7 conditions? Thanks

Most common reason is sleep apnea, which is easily treated, but left untreated, can lead to a plethora of very bad medical issues.

Sleep apnea is extremely common and frequent night time urination is actually a screening question used to diagnose sleep apnea. I'm surprised the article didn't mention the #1 reason for frequent night time urination. Here's a link that goes into it:

Believe me... been tested several times. Negative, checked everything. All normal. I work out 5 days a week.. Follow a pretty strict high protein low carb diet. weigh 155lbs and in pretty good shape for my age. Play sports, drink nothing but water... alot of water (could be part of it but still i piss ALOT) Dad n grandpa had prostate probs, all i can figure is maybe enlarged prostate.

Me too man. I don’t know what sleeping through the night without interruption is like anymore. It’s a pain in the arse.

I've seen guys who look like they run marathon have extremely bad sleep apnea. You can be thin and still have sleep apnea. Sometimes it all about the anatomy of your neck. Google "Epworth Sleepiness Scale". Answer the questions and see if it fits a pattern.

I, however, drink an unusual amount of water daily. More than a gallon a day on average. I am not worried about any health concerns, but it would be nice to get an uninterrupted night of sleep just once.
You’re in extremely good health. Clear urine means your blood and kidneys are operating at maximum efficiency.
Have you heard the saying: If you’re not getting up once at night to pee then you’re not drinking enough water? Keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy your healthy body.

I pee 3-4 times per night.
I attribute it to the 12-15 beers I drink between 5PM and bedtime.
