Shaun King banned me from his Twitter.

Oh, and someone (can't remember who at the moment) sent him a 23 and Me DNA test to see if he was even remotely black and he refused to take it
I think that was Clay Travis. He offered to donate something like $50,000 to the charity of Talcum X's choice if he took a DNA test and had any black in him and Talcum refused. The people that follow him are such a special level of stupid that the English language hasn't coined a term for them yet.

Tut Musemeche is such a fricking piece of shite, it's hard for me to feel even remotely sorry for him.

I don't think that's true
Schools can't force a student to stand for the pledge of allegiance, I would imagine the same reasoning would apply to the Anthem.

Lol they can't make them stand
Posted on 9/28/17 at 2:06 pm to tke857
I'm beyond sick of this shite. Both sides of the argument....go get fricked.
Posted on 9/28/17 at 2:06 pm to tke857
Regardless of which side you’re on. Isn’t this illegal? At a public school at that???
Posted on 9/28/17 at 2:20 pm to crkelly91
Well the players may have signed an agreement to play under the rules of the school.

Really - explain to me what exactly is with the mindset of the half-whites and their apparent deep down desire to feel like they have to carry the african american torch? Hell, they're louder than any black I know. It makes no sense.
And then when you add in the wanna-be-black white mammas all over facebook, they can build themselves a small useless army of fricksticks.

I really hope Anonymous or Fancy Bears frick with that guy one day.

If Parkway is a public school they are going to get a call from the ACLU pretty soon. This isn't exactly constitutional.
My first thought as well...

The kids have the fricking right to kneel if they want to.
Jesus christ all yall do is blab about muh freedoms, muh freedom of speech.

They have the RIGHT per our constitution to kneel, however the school has the right to hand down any punishment for not following their guidelines regarding the matter.
Posted on 9/28/17 at 2:54 pm to tke857
This is a violation of the player's 1st amendment rights

It is unconstitutional to make that a guideline. Nice loophole you are trying to create around your preferred freedoms. I personally dont necessarily agree with the kneeling, but whoever chooses to do so has that right.

It's also their right not participate in homework, test, classroom activities. That doesn't mean there aren't any reprocusions that follow.

A public school does not have that right in this situation.

No, being a shitty student is not a right protected by the constitution. I kind of think you are trolling.

So let's say a teacher decides to speak to his or her class on the fundamentals of Islam and all that is right with it. Would the school and board have any grounds to reprimand the teacher in this instance.
