I’m picking up my wife and 3 nieces after the Taylor Swift concert…
I want to buy a parking pass and then enter one of the lots close to the Superdome about 30 minutes before show ends…
Does anyone know if this will be a problem? Basically initial entry to a parking lot toward the end of an event?

No pics and please don’t ask why I’m in this situation…

Try valet parking at the Hyatt at that time.

It's gonna be such a crowded and overly staffed event security wise I would just let them walk to wherever in traffic you end up close to the stadium. As dangerous and sketchy as NOLA is on a regular day during big events it's pretty darn safe especially when traveling in crowds like these.

Be careful doing this. Sometimes they monitor who parks in the garage and if you are there too long they will tow.

My favorite part about parking in NOLA was seeing Harrahs charge 60 dollars a day to park, but if you gamble enough, it’s free.

They ain't going to tow you sitting in the car.

Rouses is the right answer. Or on the street nearby. Get 4 blocks from the dome and you will find a spot.

This is the answer. Have a beer and watch whatever football game is on while you wait for them to get out of the concert.

Like premium parking lots? Anything around the dome will be full as frick. The Dave and busters garage will be $65-$75.

Just have them uber

Any public parking garage or lot anywhere near the Dome is likely to be full long before then. IOW, I don't think it's going to happen like you want.
