It was 68 yesterday and it’s going to be the same today with a nice breeze

In my opinion, that’s perfect. It feels just good enough in the sun, but if you’re in the shade or the wind catches you right, you can feel a chill

I would do jeans or some casual pants with a rolled up casual shirt. Keep the light jacket in the car in case you hit a patio for dinner

What's the temperature going to be where you will be? This is usually important. I'm not wearing pants if it's above 70°.
