Good times! La Vela was on fire back then.
I lived on PCB from 98-02 and only went to LaVela once for a Kid Rock concert. My house was maybe a mile from LaVela.
They had spring break court back then. Always enjoyed the stories of kids getting in trouble their first day and spending the rest of their spring break having to pick up trash.

City of Houston sends me a letter about once a year to remind me I have an unpaid jaywalking ticket from 2007. Always good for a laugh

I’m far from a lawyer and don’t know the statute of limitations on this particular issue, but I’d imagine it expired long ago considering it happened over a quarter century ago.
I’m thinking you’ve been scammed.
I’m thinking you’ve been scammed.

I'd blur out the Case Number if you don't want people looking up your personal information.

Speaking of PCB Spring Breaks. I recently found this Panamaniac card is a box of my old stuff from my parent's house. This one would likely be from late 90's.

I got a ticket for underage drinking in PCB spring bank circa 1999. It wasn't pick up trash AND pay a fine. It was either/or. They'll void the ticket if you picked trash. Since I was a broke college kid who couldn't afford the ticket, I picked up trash. Pretty sure you didn't have to pay that if you picked up trash.
1997, I was given that option too. But they lied and I had to dig ditches all day.

That would immediately be framed and displayed with pride on my office wall.

Cant even imagine how much they mess with college kids today.
PCB is a ghost town on Spring Break these days

Man I totally forgot they gave that option. Had several friends who had to do it at like 7 or 8 in the morning
Was this after you had been dreaming about BBCs

We went nearly ever year from 94-2001 . I have hours of video. Never got ticketed for drinking. Only warned a few times at the end about loud music. They starting cracking down hard on people in back of vehicles around 98
