Is anyone really following the food plan? I pretty much don't eat like crap and have a good diet. I can accept that my results won't be quite like the people in the videos, but this routine is definitely making me feel great in my core.

I'm not, and thats really the main point behind this edition of it. It was much more detailed in the original p90x. I struggled just to get my protein requirements for the day on the old one. So. Much. Chicken.

Are you saying P90X3 toned down the rigidity to following a food plan?

The food plan is more about portion control. The guide uses terms like "fist full" and "a pinch" etc. If your goal is strict body fat %, six pack abs, the whole 9 yards, they the more strict you stick to the nutrition plan the better your results will be.
I'm not personally following it, but I've been doing this for so long I've learned to listen to my body as to how much I need to eat to maintain my weight and I also eat clean.
If your goal is just to loose weight and get fit, then you can probably get away with just eating clean and in moderate portions.

Just finished triometrics
Don't know what ya'll are talking about it not being a good workout. My legs were burning for most it.

I was comparing Amazon and Beach Body last night. Amazon says free shipping, but it's $20 higher so it seemed the same. Then when I put it in my cart at beach body they threw in 21 worth of tax so $41 more than sticker price. That's kinda fricked up IMO.

It's a solid workout.
Anyone else gaining weight/muscle? I am 6'4" and started the program at about 198. Now I'm 206
I have seen a big improved in my legs. I guess there was only one direction I could go. Almost done with block 2

Yes. I asked this earlier in the thread. I don't get how people lose weight with this program. I am about to finish block 2 as well and put on about 8 pounds.

Delivering Tuesday. Will use it for the double workout with P90X. Have heard great reviews. Good luck. 21 days to make it a habit.

Are you 206 with smaller waist size? You will gain before losing as you build muscle.

Same waist. Maybe slightly smaller. But I can't get much slimmer anyways. Mostly muscle gains at this point

6'2.5", 198 here. Goal is 185, playing weight. Shooting for lean over mass though.

Just finished week 5. MMX today kicked my arse. Probably the hardest one yet for me. I think I came out the gate a little ambitious and could barely finish.
This is the first workout plan I've done since high school and I'm loving it. Can definitely tell a difference in body tone.
Not following the diet plan but doing my own Paleo diet. It's even harder to follow than the workouts.

I like MMX, I love that they incorporated burps into it.
I'm still finding the cardio a lot easier then T25, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
To those who are gaining weight, how are you looking? There's a good chance you're putting muscle and still losing body fat.
If not, you gotta take a look at how you're eating. Are you following the plan like you should for someone your size? Are you pausing the workouts a lot?
Another thing that might be happening is if this your first time working out hard in a while you may be retaining water like crazy. If you make through 8 weeks and the water weight doesn't start to come off then something else might be going on.
As for the price, if you read a few posts up, I talk about how ordering through a coach is significantly cheaper.

I know I'm losing fat but it's offset with muscle gains. I don't care how much I weigh, I just care how I look and feel
