X2 isn't bad. The workouts don't seem too long. I enjoy it. I've gotten great results, so I can't complain.

Never even tried X2. I liked X1, but the workouts were cumbersome and long. X3 is just right.

Week 3.
Love week 3 as I now know all the workouts and don't feel like an idiot doing them. Did Synergistics yesterday morning and two hours of full court basketball last night. Agility X should be fun tonight.

Did Eccentric Upper yesterday (week 5, day 1). That was tough. If you ever did the previous p90x, then all the workouts use the slow motion push-ups technique. Meaning you explode up on push-up/pull-up/press, and descend at a slow 3-4 count. Talk about kicked my arse. Especially the pull-ups. I think i only did the first pull-up exercise without using a chair. Everything else was chair assist. I am a bit soar today.

I did Agility X this morning. I found it to be a lot easier this time that the first time. I'm going to breeze through Yoga X tomorrow. I might do it twice. I love The Challenge.

Just did it this morning. If your legs aren't shaky after that then you dogged it. It is every bit as challenging as Plyometrics from the original is.

Their are some fine ones in X3 but nothing like the talent in X2.

Eccentric Lower today really wasn't that bad. I should probably go way up on the weights. Most of the moves were too easy for me.
I may do two workouts tomorrow to make up for it.
