Pretty much. Just get everyone to get a doorway pullup bar.
I should have mentioned we workout in my shop, there is only one doorway. Looks like we may need to go the band route

Are the pull up bars a necessity?
Yeah pretty much. A lot of the exercises may have a few pull up type exercises, but The Challenge is strictly pushups/pullups the whole time.

do you have some beams or something that can be looped around? That would probably be your best bet. I actually use my door frame pull-up bar to loop my bands around.

I think I could rig something up to put the bands around. Thanks for the input I'll start trying to come up with something.

Dear God pilates whooped me last night.

Not sure this is really the best thing to do. Seems like it could be dangerous with the dynamic nature of the bands and the way the door frame pull up bar is secured (assume it's the kind that loops around frame and not secured in frame). Can you not use the door piece that you shut in the door?
Pull up bars are much better than bands. I recommend buying some (you could share the pull up bar by alternating exercises), or mounting some in your garage. I never get a decent workout with the bands, much prefer the bar.

I had to remove the door for the pull-up bar to fit in the frame. Still not strong enough to do enough pull-ups (even with the assist) to get a good enough workout from using the pull-up bar alone and find I get a much better workout with the bands. No issues so far after ~ 6 months of doing it.
I do, however, randomly hop on to the pull-up bar and do as many assisted pull-ups as I can.

Btw, I love this thread. Yesterday morning when I finally decided about mid day that I wasn't going to workout, one of the first things that went through my head was "dang, now Doldil is going to be a day ahead of me in this week's routine".
Keeps the accountability up for sure ha.

Why not get some pipe and make a long pullup bar then? the hardware store will thread it for you, get some threaded flanges, and lag bolts and you should be gtg

Mine is tomorrow, and after my first go at pilates yesterday (week4 of x3) I'm very much looking forward to it, which is something I never though I would say.

X2 Yoga is probably my favorite workout.

T25 is over for me at least 2 weeks. Getting a ganglion cyst removed from my wrist.

Challenge day! Upped my push-ups again by 1 after succeeding last week. I finished them again this week, but definitely had to start taking breaks in the middle of sets much sooner than last time. Also added another 5lb of resistance on with my bands this week and was able to finish the burnout by using my pull-up assist instead of bands and made it through 4 rounds of the 3-1. Typically I'd use the bands and just do 3-3 as I was too trashed to do an assisted pull-up at the end. Feeling good this morning.

Did the MMX yesterday completing my fifth week of the Mass X3 program. I'm in the "heavy" part of the mass routine, upper, lower, yoga, upper, lower, etc. Hurts so good. Keep going guys.

Last days of X3 today/tomorrow. Dynamix both days.
Anybody done the bonus month? Any good? Or should I switch to another program, either X, X2, T25, or Insanity? Or a non-beach body or custom routine?

CVX this morning. I'm actually sore through my lats today after my challenge yesterday, so that's makes me feel like I got a pretty good workout
Warrior bright and early in the AM then half a day of work and time to go enjoy the beach for a couple of days.
Love that about Sun-Fri schedule instead of Mon-Sat...it won't totally frick up a weekend if followed properly.
