Just nailed workout #1 of 2015. 40 minute Fitness blender cardio and abs. going to try to drop 8 lbs by Feb 1. the eating has to be right.

I can drop and then gain back 8 lbs in 2 weeks easily if I would like...
Maybe I'm wierd but if I don't actuslly try to gain weight or keep an conscious effort to maintain weight, I lose it
Or eat like complete shite, borderline comical

not me. I can gain quickly if I want. I'm naturally short and stocky and muscular through genetics. I can not lift at all for 6 months and still look like I lift. unfortunately with age I gain fat way faster if I don't eat well and the holidays have taken a toll. I'm currently 188. need to get to 180. once I get to 180 I set my sites on 175. it will all hinge on me eating well and limiting craft beer.

I'm 6'1" but about 170-175
I look my best in shape about 185
But I enjoy running and riding my bike too much and should watch my cardio if I want weight

I agree. Stuff is awful. I mix it with almond milk and peanut butter. Makes a world of difference.

I mix mine with banana, PB, and cool brew and it is pretty good. I get chocolate.

My work load has slowed down to where I can get in on this. Did CVX for the first time tonight. I've been rehabbing an injury the past 5 months and the Ortho and PT just released me so it was a lil tough. But I feel good. Look forward to tomorrow.

Just finished cardio challenge on insanity max. I am not good at cardio workouts, that's for sure

Started out with 10# dumb bell, had to give it up for a towel bout halfway through. Mt injury was giving me shite.
I'm sure its been talked about ad nauseam, but that short haired blonde on CVX has a TIGHT body. Mmmmmm....

I also don't like the X3 Yoga. It's not nearly long enough.
The Challenge is the baddest DVD ever.
Eccentric Upper is pretty hard. V-Pullups done eccentrically is the hardest thing to do, imo.
Just got done with Triometrics. My thighs are killing me. Love that workout.
I think X2 is better, tho. I was stronger after X2.

I got total synergistics completed for day 1 of x3. frick the boat and plow, mainly the plow part. Pretty much impossible for me right now. Diet was good today, not perfect though.

X2 is better. Tony had even said x3 should be the beginning program if you dint have to start on power 90, then graduating to p90x then p90x2.
