Tonight is day 3 of the Max Interval 4 week session of Insanity. It's a huge change of pace and workout. Still doing it outside, so I'm still sweating to no end. Been good though.

Let me clarify. I dont do them straight up back to back. I did the challenge at 5 am then mmx at 5pm. I did cvx and mmx back to back one time tho. Talk about exhaustion.

I know what you mean. I do T25 in the morning and then X3 in the evening.

My buddy said he loves Body Beast. I'll have to wait until next year to do that.

I did it last summer. It is awesome, especially if you love lifting heavy.

I gained 10 lbs of muscle.

Then I did T25 and lost most of it.

Today I saw a Toyota Tundra with TX plate "P90X-3"

That's dedication.

Thinking about getting a Ninja/NutriBullet to help me get some more veggies in. Can I make shakes in advance, or are they better fresh? I'd like to do something for breakfast, but I don't want to run a blender at 6 a.m.

Get powerblocks instead. Select Techs are plastic. They break.

They're better fresh but you can make them in advance. But if you let them set too long the ingredients will separate and won't be truly blended anymore. Will taste different.
