If you want to lose weight while building strength, P90X or P90X3. A lot more weights and resistance training in them.
I have bands and adjustable dumbells. No place to do pull-ups.

Also, how much time in the day do you have to devote to exercise?
Obviously, the less time the better. However, I have a house full of kids. I'm not usually settling in until 9ish at night. I'm usually up for 5:30. I don't see why I couldn't hop up a half hour earlier.

I feel ya, bro. I have two kids and 3 pets. The place is a freaking zoo.

You don't have a door frame?

Of course. However, I've heard those things tear up your walls and stuff. I was using a door anchor and bands for P90X. I felt it, but it just wasn't the same.

Doesn't tear mine up.
I added some extra padding to mine to make sure of it too.

I just figured I was too big for those things.
But hey, if I'm doing T25, I won't need it....right?
For now at least.
Does this have to be started on a Monday? Or just whenever as long as its followed?

I started on a Sunday. I always start my routines on Sundays, though.

10 workouts left of Asylum.....THANK GOD!
I'll be jumping into T25 after!
I would probably be done Asylum if not for skipping days for running and tuna fishing!
But today I'm on call, ran 5.5 miles this am with 3 parking garages and a set of stairs in there. So if I don't get to my video, I'll be just fine.

I started on Saturday, so I could have Fridays off. For me, it's just easier to find time on the weekend without having to rush anything.

Just did some X3 yoga. 30 minutes of yoga: the maximum amount I can stand.
Will finish up with Beast Abs and my Pullups for Arms routine tonight.

Guys, I'm back in the game. The doctor pronounced me completely healthy following hernia surgery June 12. I'm restarting P90X3 doing the MASS program. Thinking of getting some adjustable dumbbells as I get stronger.
It feels good to sweat and be sore again.
