No I heard that only lasts a lil bit though and can mask pain, causing you to injure yourself more.
I wear a night splint, do stretches and the frozen water bottle on top of take Motrin. Those all seem to help. I ordered new inserts for my shoes online and will go shopping for new cross trainers next time I'm off work (I'm day 3 of 4 12s in a row so no time for shoe shopping right now).
I rested yesterday and today. Tomorrow will do a bunch of leg and ab exercises at home that don't involve jumping. Friday maybe do some rowing at the gym. Just stay on 21 day fix meal plan while I rest(maybe scale back a few containers)

Maybe go back to 21 day fix workouts too. They are lower impact.

Yeah that is what I'm thinking.
I'll start back with them Sunday

Just finished 2nd week of Gamma with Rip'd Up, which IMO may actually be the toughest T25 workout to get through (for me at least).
Halfway through Gamma cycle now.
Think I'm gonna go with the Gamma Hybrid program next.

Mixing my MRP with milk was a poor decision. It's like trying to drink frozen pudding.

Did Eccentric Lower last night. I liked it. Did Total Body Circuit this morning. I have Incinerator tonight.

Did upper focus with 20 pound dumbbells. That did it. A little heavy toward the end of the curl progression, but I'd rather a little heavy than a little light. Hope they work as well for RIP't Circuit.

I use both the bands and weights in rip't circuit. I get a good workout with the bands on some moves and not so much on others, but I'm using a bevy band.
What color band were you using?

I have a 15-20 pound band, black, from Black Mountain. I also have the band that came with the videos. They work fine for some workouts, but other workouts are a pain in the arse with the bands. Upper focus is better for bands than Rip't Circuit, particularly the standing shoulder work, but still isn't ideal. I don't like the idea of wrapping the band around my chest to do "flys" (really just chest press if you have bands). I also hate having to fiddle them to get the tension right or to make sure I have finagled them into the right position to have them do the work for which the exercise was intended. That's true for both Rip't Circuit and Upper Focus, and I as I said before with Rip't Circuit, you may as well not even use the bands with the SLDLs they do.
At the end of the day, it wasn't the resistance, or lack of it, that made me decide to attempt it with dumbbells; it was the difficulty the bands pose in doing a lot of the exercises.
If you haven't tried the routines with dumbbells, I recommend it. The movement is freer and the transition between exercises is much faster and easier. You don't have to worry about getting your feet just right on the band, or crossing the band back over itself to get it into the correct position. You just do the exercise, which is nice.

I usually do it with dumbbells, but sometimes I travel and use the bands or I just want to change it up.
There's your problem. I use the light red B-line band, which is 30 lbs I think for pretty much all the moves. The band that comes with the videos is really light too. I think it was meant for women.
But if the weights work stick with them. Just trying to figure out why you didn't get a good pump with the bands.

O yeah. The resistance was an issue for sure, but I ended up doing half the reps the people on the video did because I was busy trying to figure out how the shite the band worked.

I like bands for some workouts and dumbbells for others. I have the Bodylastic band(s) that I found on amazon and they've been great so far. Came with 19, 13, 8, 5 and 3lb bands that all can clip on to the handles which allows for them to be stacked nicely for going heavier or whatever random combo you want to make.
My dumbbells only go up to 20lbs which just isn't enough for some exercises. Obviously I'm not doing the same workout as you so I don't know how different the movements are, but some things really are just uncomfortable or a giant pain in the arse to do with bands...other things they're perfect for; just have to find what works best for you.
Did incinerator this morning and I'm feeling great. MMX tomorrow and then on to the transition week.

Start my first transition week tomorrow. What can I expect in Block 2?

less cardio focused programs, more strength training:
Monday is upper body (negatives...3 seconds down explode up) pull-ups/push-ups etc.
Tuesday starts 3 days of hell on your legs ending on Thursday with the lower body version of Monday. Wednesday is Yoga, but let's be honest...it can still be hell on your legs especially sandwiched between tues/thur
Friday is another upper body focused weight-training and MMX on Saturday to get in your cardio based exercise.
Honestly...I've really enjoyed Block 2. Block 3 seems to be the toughest programs from Block 1 and 2 combined and I think is seriously going to whoop my arse.

It's been awhile since I've posted in this thread. Completed the program, had great results
Started out being able to do like 2 pull ups, can do 10-11 now (the p90x pull up assist is a must), lost 2 waist sizes, etc
Currently on my second round, but doing doubles this time.
