I'm sure this has been covered a million times but how much space would be needed for x3? I have a big room but unfortunately it's cluttered with furniture. The one spot I could see doing it is about the size of a twin bed. Maybe a little wider.

Speed 1.0 done today and continued my June legs and abs challenge.

One thing I love about Speed 1.0 is the stretches. Lil breaks in the video for you Thanks Shaun!

X3 requires a good bit of room for one of the workouts (Agility X).

Did trio metrics with the arm workout!

Complex lower in the am. Then I'll be going to a new week on Sunday!

2 weeks left!

Some exercises more than others. It would be tough in a small space IMO.

I've moved furniture for my workouts.

I could maybe move some of it. Watching some of the video it looks like I wouldn't have nearly enough room to do some of that jumping around stuff.

eta: What about t25?

I'm still debating on building me an 8x8 platform to put in my garage for my workouts.

T25 doesn't require a lot of room. I like it a lot.

I hadn't thought about it but I would have room to do it in our storage house. It would be hot as frick during the summer and cold as frick during the winter though.

Watching the half hour trailer it seems like i'd be able to do it fairly easy. Maybe some minor furniture shuffling.

I want to do Asylum, but I would only have enough room if I did it outside.

I have Gama sitting on deck. Need to do another round of beta before starting it. Can't wait though!

Just finished incinerator this morning. Good workout although a little tough since my dumbbells only go up to 20 lbs but I made it work. Was so nice not to have to destroy my legs again The monkey curls or whatever they're called were brutal.

For those of you that have not already done so, try heavy rope training. Woof. Had me dying in under 2 minutes.

just got done with MMX...that whooped my arse but it was pretty fun. My kicks were quite a bit better than I expected them to be but my ambidexterity definitely needs some work. trying to do the gladiator kicks with my left leg was confusing my mind Block 2 is pretty good...not as much cardio as Block 1 but it's definitely a great mix up compared to doing the same thing in the gym every day for months on end like I had been doing before I started this venture.
