Had 3 vodka martinis, one glass of red wine, and a frozen skinny margarita. Don't Judge me.

I eat mostly fruits, vegetables, oatmeal and eggs. No sugars (diabetic anyway). The hardest part for me was the before bedtime binge I used to do. Drink only water too.

This used to be a terrible thing for me. I still get the urge but now instead of cookies and milk I'll grab some grapes or popcorn to help

Love the yoga workout. I feel great ever time I do it. I always thought it was more of a feminine workout, but it really stretches you out and increases your range of motion.

I had about six beers and two whiskey drinks over the weekend. You're alright.

Those actually aren't very good things to eat right before bed. They're simple carbs made for immediate energy. When you don't use them (like when you go to sleep) they get converted to fat.

A better option before bed would be milk or a protein shake.

Without more, it's tough to tell where you're going wrong. Depending on what kind of oatmeal and when you eat it, that shite can be turrible for you. Same with fruits, which BTW have a ton of sugar. In any case, good luck.

Triometrics done this morning. At the end I was supposed to be doing some sort of squat jumps and it was all I could do just to stand out of the squat Balance seemed a bit worse today, especially noticeable during warrior 3 squats. Once I focused a bit more it went a little better, but still not good enough imo.
