Yeah, 1600 ain't shite. I eat 1600 calories for my pre-breakfast snack.

They mean gross, but that being said I just don't see how that few calories can be healthy especially for someone working out as hard with T25.
For men I wouldn't go lower than 1800.

No shite. Men under 30 should be eating between 2200 and 2500 calories to maintain weight. They're basically taking an entire meal away. That said I'm under 1500 for the day.
I just don't want to look like Christian Bale in the Machinist.

I know some of you are eating clean...but how clean? With my schedule its hard to get my meals clean every meal.
Is a protein shake in the morning with subway sandwich or smart one for lunch and something like baked chicken, tacos, spaghetti etc. at supper ok?I know the smart ones arent great for you because of the sodium but its quick and easy.

I eat REALLY clean.
ETA: Lately I've been eating more grains, but I need the energy bad. I would eat zucchini pasta instead of regular or wheat pasta. I would make it myself. Also, make your own sauce. Eat cauliflower pizza made with almond meal. There are options out there.

It's a lifestyle change, my friend. You can do it.

Anyone here eat really clean and not care for veggies? I eat some like peas, carrots, corn, & asparagus.
Also, how bad would it be to eat ground meat or something like ribeyes 4-5 times a week?

You sound like a perfect candidate for Shakeology.
Ground meat is fine. There is lean beef, ground turkey, ground chicken, etc.

I hate most veggies as well. I get my veggie intake with this and the Mean Green recipe from this website. It gets expensive burning through all of the veggies so I go through phases.

When I started my diet/lifestyle change (whatever you want to call it) last year I rarely ate vegetables at all. While I eat a lot more now than I did there are still some things that I haven't branched out to try. With that said, roasted broccoli is the greatest thing in the world, it seriously taste like candy...just toss up a little broccoli with some extra virgin olive oil and toss it in the oven at ~350 for 15 min then flip it all over for another 10 min (I think those are correct times...my wife usually does it). It's become one of my favorite sides I eat now. We sometimes add cauliflower and carrots to the mix as well and it's all quite good.
Agility done this morning. Extra tough today as I think I saw the clock at every hour throughout the night from the time I tried to go to bed at 10pm. I just couldn't sleep last night...just means I should sleep like a rock tonight hopefully.
