In the future, try watching then videos first with the guide book. You don't have to watch the full 30 minutes, just enough to see how the move is done then move on to the next one.
Then at least everything is somewhat familiar.

I definitely think this is a good thing to do and once I transition in to the next set of videos I'll definitely do it. That said, there is a big difference between watching someone do an exercise and them making it look really easy and then doing it yourself.

Should get T-25 in on Wednesday thanks to 2 day shipping with Prime. I'm excited to give it a go. Hopefully my wife will stick with it. I know that if I don't stick with it, I will at least go back to the gym and lift since it is something that I absolutely must do during the week or I will go banana sandwich.
Looking forward to having a regimented diet, too. That should help me shed the last 5 to 10 pounds in and of itself.

I know what you mean about the excercises. I find myself rewinding the video a few times to make sure that I am doing them right.
The sequences at the end of MMX just made me laugh.... never got it perfect, just went freestyle

Why? And I'm pretty sure Sabi is helping on that front.

Hooray! I'll do whatever I can!
A/C is broken. I just did PAP Upper in a house that is 85 degrees.

This
but i must admit, the MMX workout had me soaking wet and spent after the burnout round this morning.....an excellent workout.

MMX is my favorite cardio workout. I absolutely love it, and the burnout period destroys me to where I'm dead on the ground for a while during cooldown.

Because they keep you accountable and help you out with their experience.
And Sabi is a good one. I taught him everything he knows.
